General terms and conditions

Arrival:

On the day of arrival your room is available from 14.00. On departure please vacate your room by 11.00.

Room with breakfast only:

We deduct the sum of € 12 from the price of the 3/4 board.

Single occupancy:

For a single occupancy in a double room may apply a extra charge per person/day.

Hotel bill:

Can be paid in cash, with an EC card, Eurocard, MasterCard, or Visa. (Please check with your bank for details on how and where your card can be used abroad.) American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

Dogs:

Contribution towards costs: € 20,- per dog per day, large dogs only permitted on request (please bring your own dog basket and blanket). Please note that dogs are not permitted in some suites as well as in the dining and wellness area . We reserve the right to charge for a room cleaning at the end of your stay.

Early departure:

In case of early departure the total price will be charged.

Cancellation fees:

Reservation cancellations can only be accepted in writing. The Austrian hotel conditions apply:

• Up to 3 months before your arrival: no cancellation costs apply
• up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total package price
• up to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the total package price
• less than 1 week before arrival or early departure we charge 90% of the total package price

Up to 3 months before your arrival the contract can also be cancelled by Ferienhotel Aussicht for justified reasons.
