AND THE HISTORY OF OUR HOTEL
The fascinating property on which the Hotel Aussicht stands today has been family-owned from day one.
Our ancestors must have begun providing hospitality at the beginning of the 20th century. (The exact year is unfortunately unknown.)
In the time of the summer retreats, in the 1950s to be more precise, the inn began to steadily grow. Because of our one-of-a-kind location the access road and the car park were built under difficult circumstances. Tedious manual work in the rocky terrain finally made it possible to access one of the most beautiful places in the Zillertal .
Renovations in the years 1984 and 2005 allowed our then small guest house to grow to today’s size.
Our generation is proud to continue to run our modern family-run hotel.
Your hosts
Today the hotel is run by senior manager Reinhard and his wife Ana, as well as by junior manager Bernhard and his wife Veronika.
Reinhard and Ana run the kitchen and treat our guests to traditional and modern cuisine. Reinhard is also the caretaker of the hotel.
Representing the next generation are Bernhard and Veronika who work directly with guests in the areas of service and reception.
